Hi, I’m Bonnie. I help women overcome stress, anxiety and overwhelm so they can clear the fog from their minds and make positive changes. 

 

I do this by using a combination of two powerful therapies - counselling and clinical hypnotherapy. I’ve found these work incredibly well together and have seen the amazing changes in my clients after just a few sessions. 

 

I hold a Diploma in Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming. I practice from my private clinic in Bridgeman Downs. 

 

I do what I do because I love giving people those ‘ah-ha’ moments that change how they live their life. There’s nothing quite like seeing the radiating glow in my clients that follows a transformation. Let’s get that for you.

How many therapy sessions will you need?

 

The best results can be achieved with a series of 4-6 sessions. Because my therapy works on finding and unraveling the deep beliefs that are held in our subconscious minds, often 1 or 2 sessions aren’t enough to resolve that core issue. 

 

Though that doesn’t mean a single session won’t be beneficial. If you would like to see how my therapy works for you, feel free to book an individual session. 

 

Then if you love the experience, you’ll have the option to continue on a per-session basis or upgrade to a package.

Without a doubt, hypnotherapy has

been a success story for me, not only due to the fact that I have found I could have a better relationship with my husband but I am more aware of triggers now, which, before hypnotherapy, resulted in me being negative, overwhelmed, frustrated and anxious.
